VP of Global Business Technology Strategy
Disneyland Resort
Allen Fazio is the Vice President of Global Business Technology Strategy for the Disneyland
Resort.
Allen oversees a team responsible for the development and integration of
information systems supporting the entire Resort's operations, including
Disneyland, Disney's California Adventure and Downtown Disney. He is also
responsible for Information Technology (IT) strategy and business relationship
management at Walt Disney Imagineering, as well as leveraging synergy across
Disney's international theme parks located in Paris, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
Since joining the Disneyland Resort in January 2005, Allen has pushed for more
integrated IT synergy, with a focus on innovation and agility, while providing full
support for the numerous activities during the 18-month celebration of
Disneyland's 50th Anniversary. As a 12-year veteran of the Walt Disney Company, Allen most recently served as
Director, Information Technology for Disney Cruise Line where he managed IT
plans and resources to meet the strategic needs of the successful growing
business. He started his career at Disney in Management Audit before moving to
Walt Disney World IT where he gained ample experience in audit, logistic systems
and e-commerce solutions while collaborating with the retail, contract,
management distribution and food & beverage departments. Prior to Disney, Allen
was a CPA and also a Computer Audit Supervisor at Coopers & Lybrand.
A native of Michigan, Allen is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and
received his MBA from Webster University. In 2005, he was named as a board
member for the CHOC Foundation for Children in Orange, California. Allen resides
in Orange County with his wife Sheryl and three children.
