The hotel is charging us $99.00 plus local tax per night per standard room. These room charges are valid only for the duration of the conference (April 5 through April 8). (The normal room rent charge is $229). All other charges (meals, drinks etc.) will have to be borne by you. If you want to upgrade the room, the additional charge will be to your account. However, note that the hotel room rent is the same whether it is single occupancy or double occupancy. Please do not contact the hotel directly for the special rate because the hotel will not honor direct requests. You will have to first register with us.

 

Conference Attendees (who are not paper presenters or program committee members)

Please fill out the registration form. We will be collecting $250 at the time of the registration. Only checks or cash will be accepted. Because of space limitations we will have to restrict the attendance to the general public on first come first served basis only. Please note that you will qualify for the reduced hotel room charges for the duration of the conference.
