Young Bong Chang is Assistant Professor at the University of British Columbia, Okanagan. He received a Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Information Systems from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. His research interests are in the economics of information systems focusing on the outsourcing of information systems and on the business value of IT. He has presented his work at the International Conference on Information Systems and the Workshop on Information Systems and Economics.
